Get to know one of our founders
P. Johal
Parm Johal has over 10 years of real estate experience. He currently manages a growing real estate portfolio of 5 million dollars. He has experience in complete rehabs, ground-up construction, commercial retail development, experience working with nonprofit and government agencies, has held a planning commission seat in his local town, and is always interested in learning and growing. Mr. Johal earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Fresno Pacific. Coming from a family of immigrants that had to work hard to earn and build equity, Mr. Johal firmly understands the power of having and retaining equity above all else.
